ALL-INKL.COM processes personal data on our behalf where this is necessary for the provision of the hosting services. The corresponding processing relationship is governed by a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
Elinteria uses cookies and similar technologies.
Cookies are small files or information stored on or accessed from your device.
We distinguish between strictly necessary technologies and optional analytics technologies.
### Strictly necessary technologies
Strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies are used where they are required to provide functions expressly requested by you or to ensure the security and proper operation of the website.
These technologies do not require your consent under § 25 (2) TDDDG.
They may include, for example:
- a cookie storing your cookie preferences
- security or session cookies
- cookies required for website administration
Where personal data is processed in connection with these technologies, the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR or, where applicable, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
### Analytics technologies
Optional analytics cookies or similar technologies are only activated after you have given your consent.
The legal bases are § 25 (1) TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
Depending on the current configuration of the website, these may include:
- “sid” — session identifier, stored for up to 24 hours
- “vid” — pseudonymous visitor identifier, stored for up to 12 months
- “ft” — first traffic source, stored for up to 12 months

These technologies help us understand how visitors use Elinteria and which traffic sources lead users to our content.
You can choose between optional and strictly necessary technologies through our cookie banner.
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time with effect for the future by opening the “Cookie settings” or “Privacy settings” available on our website.
The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
4. Website usage statistics
With your consent, we may measure how Elinteria is used.
This may include information such as:
- pages and collections visited
- products viewed
- affiliate links clicked
- traffic source, such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest or a search engine
- device category
- approximate country or region
We currently operate our own website statistics and do not use third-party analytics services unless stated otherwise in this Privacy Policy.
Where identifiers such as a visitor ID are used, the processing takes place only after consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
We do not use these statistics to identify you personally.
For basic technical and aggregate statistics that do not use optional cookies or persistent visitor identifiers, processing may be based on our legitimate interest in understanding the general use, performance and reach of our website pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
If an IP address is technically processed to determine an approximate country or for security purposes, it is not retained in our website statistics unless otherwise stated.
5. Fonts
The fonts used on Elinteria are hosted locally on our own server.
When the website is loaded, your browser therefore does not connect to Google Fonts or another external font provider for the purpose of loading these fonts.
6. Affiliate links and third-party retailers
Elinteria contains links to third-party retailers and online platforms, including Amazon, Etsy and other stores.
Some of these links are affiliate links.
When you click an affiliate link, you leave Elinteria and are redirected to the respective third-party website.
The respective third-party provider is responsible for the processing of personal data on its website.
The provider may process technical information such as your IP address and may use cookies or similar technologies to attribute purchases or other actions to an affiliate referral.
Please refer to the privacy policy of the respective retailer for further information about its data processing.
We may receive affiliate reports containing information such as:
- product purchased
- transaction date
- order value
- commission amount
According to the information available to us, these reports do not normally contain information that directly identifies the individual customer.
We do not receive your payment details from third-party retailers.

When you click an Amazon affiliate link, you are redirected to Amazon.
Depending on your location and Amazon’s international linking functionality, you may be redirected to a local Amazon marketplace.
Amazon may use cookies and other technologies in accordance with its own privacy policies and affiliate programme rules to attribute qualifying purchases to our affiliate link.
Elinteria does not control Amazon’s processing of data after you have left our website.
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
8. Externally loaded product images
Where product images or other content are loaded directly from servers operated by third parties, your browser establishes a connection to the respective third-party server.
In this process, technical information such as your IP address, browser information and the page from which the content was requested may be transmitted to the third party.
Where Amazon product images are loaded directly from Amazon servers, data may therefore be transmitted to Amazon when the relevant page is displayed.
The legal basis and technical implementation depend on the specific integration used on the website.
9. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide, including your email address, the content of your message and any additional information you voluntarily send us.
The processing takes place in order to respond to your enquiry.

We delete the data when your enquiry has been fully resolved and no further retention is necessary, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
10. Social media links
Elinteria may contain links to our profiles on social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
These are ordinary links and not embedded social media plug-ins.
No data is transferred to the social media platform merely because such a link is displayed on Elinteria.
Data is transferred to the respective platform when you click the link and visit that platform.
The respective platform is responsible for its own data processing.
11. Recipients of personal data
Personal data may be disclosed to service providers where this is necessary to operate Elinteria.
This may include, in particular:

Some third-party providers linked from or integrated into Elinteria may process data outside the European Union or European Economic Area.
Where we ourselves transfer personal data to a country outside the EU/EEA, such transfer will only take place where the requirements of Chapter V GDPR are met.
This may include an adequacy decision by the European Commission, participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, or the use of Standard Contractual Clauses.
Please note that when you independently visit a third-party website through a link on Elinteria, the privacy policy of that third-party provider applies.

15. Obligation to provide data and automated decision-making
There is generally no legal or contractual obligation to provide personal data simply in order to browse Elinteria.
However, certain technical data is necessary to deliver the website securely and correctly.
We do not use automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
16. IP geolocation and country selection
We use the IP geolocation service DB-IP to determine the approximate country of visitors to Elinteria.
The purpose of this processing is to automatically select the appropriate country or regional version of the website and, where applicable, to show or link to products available in the visitor’s country.
For this purpose, the visitor’s IP address is processed and used to determine approximate geographic information, in particular the country. Depending on the technical integration used, the IP address may be transmitted to DB-IP.
The service is provided by:
Eris Networks SAS
62 boulevard Jean Mermoz
22700 Perros-Guirec
France
We do not use IP geolocation to determine your precise physical location.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to provide visitors with the appropriate country-specific version of the website and relevant retailer links.
Where possible, we only use the resulting country information for the country-selection function and do not store the visitor’s full IP address for this purpose.
You can manually change the selected country at any time using the country selector on Elinteria.
Further information about DB-IP’s processing of personal data can be found in DB-IP’s privacy policy.
17. Security
Our website uses TLS encryption (HTTPS).
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access.
18. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy & Cookies Policy where necessary, for example if our website, technical services or applicable legal requirements change.
The current version will always be published on this page together with the date of the latest update.
